Apart from the usual three- and four-cylinder petrol and diesel engines, there's a plug-in hybrid sourced from BMW's 2-series MPV models. Volkswagen AtlasTo cut to the chase, the Atlas seven-seat SUV has been designed primarily for the US. The Atlas' petrol engines are equally conventional including 238hp 2.0-litre inline-four and 280hp 3.6-litre V6, both mated to eight-speed automatic transmission. Subaru VIZIV-7Subaru hopes to return to the seven-seat SUV arena with a large variation previewed by this VIZIV-7 concept. With an overall length measuring over 5m and wheelbase nudging 3m, it would be the largest SUV Subaru has ever made.
